Online. This type of visit is spent evaluating your progress towards your treatment goals and making changes to your treatment plan as needed. Supportive therapy is included in each visit.

Time: 30 minutes
Cost: $175 

Clinical services provided between appointments. (e.g. phone calls with family members or other medical providers, prior authorizations, letters or forms, transfer of records).

Time: Billed in 15 minute increments
Cost: $75 

Time: Less than 48 hours notice

Time: Arrival 10 or more minutes late past appointment
Cost: $175  

Time: 6 hour minimum
Cost: $300/hr 

Lab testing will be discussed during your initial evaluation. It may be
recommended depending on your treatment goals (routine labs may be covered by
insurance, and when not covered, prices vary greatly. We do offer a cash-pay lab, drawn
through Lab Corp, for your convenience. Cash lab price available upon request)
